Only fully paid online orders whose buyer’s last visit lands on your store’s Arenza product page or a guide published by Arenza qualify. Ordinary AI referrals are tracked without a fee.
Orders wait 7 days after full payment. Cancelled, unpaid, test and in-person orders are excluded.
Commission is billed in USD, submitted to Shopify and collected through your Shopify bill. Your billing date follows Shopify’s cycle; it is not necessarily calendar month-end. The final amount is shown on Shopify’s invoice.
